Lula and Bolsonaro

BTG/FSB: Lula leads with 42% and Bolsonaro follows in second with 34%; they both swayed down

FSB research commissioned by the bank BTG Pactual and released this Monday (5) shows that PT member Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has 42% of voting intentions, followed by president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) with 34%. In the last survey carried out by the Institute at the end of August, Lula scored 43%, and Bolsonaro had 36%.

The survey commissioned by Banco BTG and carried out by the FSB Institute shows that the two candidates who lead voting intentions, Lula (42%) and Bolsonaro (34%) fluctuated downwards, within the margin of error. Therefore, the difference between the two candidates remains practically unchanged.

The stagnation of growth in the voting intentions of those in first place makes it more rtakes up the possibility of defining the election in the first round.

Ciro Gomes (PDT) remains in third place in the electorate's preference, with 8%, oscillating downwards compared to the previous survey (9%). Simone Tebet (MDB) now registered 6%, oscillating 2 percentage points upwards.

Tebet's growth leaves the presidential candidate technically with Ciro Gomes, within the margin of error.
