4.272 people were interviewed in 236 municipalities between Thursday (27) and Saturday (29). The margin of error is two percentage points, plus or minus, with a confidence level of 95%. The research was registered in the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) with number BR-05256/12.

Genial/Quaest

Lula (PT) remains ahead of the presidential race with 52%, followed by Bolsonaro with 48%, in valid votes.

In total votes, Lula appears with 46% of voting intentions. President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), candidate for re-election, has 43%. Votes for blank, null or voters who will not vote total 6% and undecided votes, 5%. Lula fluctuated 2 percentage points downwards and Bolsonaro fluctuated one percentage point upwards compared to the previous survey, released on the 26th.

Considering the total number of voters, the PT member has 48% of voting intentions, and the current head of the Executive, 44%. 5% of voters intend to vote blank or invalid, and 3% indicated they did not know.

Research PowerDate published today shows former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) with 52% of valid voting intentions against 48% for President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), in the 2nd round of the elections for the Presidency of the Republic. The survey, carried out from October 16th to 18th, points to stabilization of results in the last two weeks.

According to the survey, Lula leads in the Northeast, with 65% of valid votes, compared to 35% for Bolsonaro. The current president has 55% of the valid votes against 45% for Lula among voters in the South. There is a technical tie in the Catholic electorate: Lula 51% x 49% Bolsonaro. Among evangelicals, the president has 62% against 38% for the PT member, in valid votes.

Genial/Quaest

In the Genial/Quaest survey, also released today, Lula has 47% and Bolsonaro (42%) of the total votes recorded in the survey. The margin of error is estimated at plus or minus two percentage points. In relation to the previous survey, the PT member fluctuated two points down and the current president rose one point. The difference between the two candidates fell from 8 to 5 points.

In the calculation of valid votes, excluding blank and null votes, Lula appears with 53%, against 47% for Bolsonaro. In the previous survey, the score was 54% to 46% in favor of the PT member.

results of PoderData research released this Wednesday (12) show Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) with 52% of valid voting intentions against 48% for Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in the 2nd round race for the Presidency of the Republic. The rates disregard blank or invalid votes declared by the 5.000 respondents between October 9rd and 11th.

The two candidates maintained the same percentage of valid votes as in the previous round, held between October 3 and 5, which indicates a stable situation. The margin of error is 1,5 percentage points for a 95% confidence interval. Registration with the TSE is BR-09241/2022.

In the analysis by region, the PL candidate opened an 18-point lead among voters in the Sul, with 59% of voting intentions against 41% for Lula. The fees in the Southeast they show a technical draw between Bolsonaro (51%) and Lula (49%), a region where, according to experts, the Minas Gerais electoral college should be decisive.

Research BTG/FSB on the presidential dispute released this Monday (12) shows former president Lula (PT) with 41% of voting intentions, followed by president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) with 35%.

In the previous survey, carried out on September 5th, Lula had 42% and Bolsonaro 34%.

Candidate Ciro Gomes (PDT) and Simone Tebet (MDB) tied within the margin of error.

The survey interviewed 2 voters by telephone between the 9th and 11th of September and was contracted by the bank BTG Pactual. A margin of error is 2 percentage points, plus or minus. Registration with the Electoral Court is BR-06321/2022.

Research Datafolha about the presidential dispute released this Friday (9) shows the former president Squid (PT) with 45% of voting intentions in the first round of the presidential election, followed by the current president, Jair Bolsonaro (PL), with 34%.

In the previous survey, carried out on September 1st, Lula had the same 45% and Bolsonaro, 32%.

Ciro Gomes (PDT) fluctuated negatively from 9% to 7%, and Simone Tebet (MDB) remained stable at 5%. So both are now technically tied.

Datafolha interviewed 2.676 people in 191 cities, in work commissioned by Folha de S.Paulo and TV Globo. The research is registered under the number BR-07422/2022 at the Superior Electoral Court.

Research PowerDate on the presidential elections released this Wednesday (7) brings former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) in the lead in the first round with 43% of voting intentions, followed by Jair Bolsonaro (PL) with 37%.

The research was published commissioned by the website Power360 . O resultado é semelhante ao da pesquisa anterior, com variação de um ponto para baixo, no caso de Lula, e de um ponto para cima, para Bolsonaro.

Released this Monday (5), the survey commissioned by TV Globo and carried out by Ipec shows PT member Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has 44% of voting intentions, followed by president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) with 31%. In the last survey carried out by Ipec at the end of August, Lula had the same percentage, while Bolsonaro had 32%.

Ciro Gomes (PDT) remains in third place in the electorate's preference, with 8% of intentions. Simon Tebet (MDB) has 4%. Both fluctuated one point higher in relation to the previous Ipec survey. Felipe D'avila (New) and Soraya Thronicke (União Brasil) are tied with 1% each. Blanks and nulls make up 6% and those who don't know or didn't want to answer make up 5%.

Released this Monday (5), the survey commissioned by Banco BTG and carried out by the FSB Institute shows that former president Lula (PT) remains in the lead with 42% of voting intentions. President Jair Bolsonaro got 34%. In relation to the previous survey, on August 29, Lula fluctuated one point below 43%, and Bolsonaro fluctuated two points, as he had 36%.

The survey shows former president Lula (PT) with 45% of voting intentions in the first round of the presidential election, followed by the current president, Jair Bolsonaro (PL), with 32%.

In relation to the previous survey (August 18), Lula fluctuated two points down (from 47% to 45%) and Bolsonaro remained stable (32%).

This is the first Datafolha after the start of free electoral hours and after the debate between candidates on Band TV (Folha de S.Paulo, TV Cultura and UOL).

 Ciro Gomes (PDT) increased two points (7 to 9%) and Simone Tebet increased three percentage points (2 to 5%). The MDB candidate was the only presidential candidate to fluctuate beyond the margin of error of two percentage points plus or minus.

Former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) appears ahead of president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in the first round dispute, with 44% and 32% respectively.

The top two placed have fluctuated one point since the last Genial/Quaest survey, so the scenario is one of stability. This is the first Genial/Quaest survey after the presidential candidates' hearings on Jornal Nacional, on TV Globo.

Still according to the survey, Ciro Gomes (PDT) appears in third place in voting intentions, with 8%, followed by Simone Tebet (MDB), with 3%.

Vera Lúcia (PSTU) and Felipe D'Ávila (Novo) added 1%. The other presidential candidates did not score. 

Those undecided totaled 6%. Blank and invalid votes were 5%.

Commissioned by TV Globo, the Ipec survey released this Monday (29) shows former president Lula (PT) leading the electorate's preference with 44% of voting intentions for the first round. The candidate for re-election, Jair Bolsonaro (PL), remains in second place, with 32%.

The first two placed in the survey have exactly the same index presented in the last survey carried out by Ipec, on August 15th.

Ciro Gomes (PDT) remains in third place in voting intentions, with 7%. Simone Tebet (MDB) comes next with 3%, and Felipe d'Avila (Novo) appears with 1%. 

Blank and invalid votes total 7%. Don't know who to vote for or didn't respond to the questionare 6%.

FSB/BTG

The difference between President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) fluctuated by 2 points downwards – at the limit of the margin of error – in relation to the last survey carried out by the FSB Institute. Squid have now 43%. Bolsonaro keeps 36%.

On August 22, Lula had 45% of voting intentions and Bolsonaro already had 36% of the electorate's preference.

The nine-point difference between the candidates now drops to seven.

Candidate Ciro Gomes (PDT) remains in third place (9%) and showed an upward fluctuation of 3 percentage points. Simone Tebet (MDB) also fluctuated in the electorate's preference, according to the survey, from 3% to 4%.

3% of those interviewed did not know how to answer, and 4% said they would vote blank, null or none of the candidates.

Candidate Ciro Gomes (PDT) appears in third place with 9% of voting intentions, and Simone Tebet (MDB) follows with 4%. The two competitors maintained their preference percentages from the July Exame/Idea Survey.

The other candidates in the dispute also scored: Vera Lúcia (PSTU) had 1% and Felipe D'ávila (NOVO) also (1%).

3% of those interviewed did not know how to answer, and 2% said they would vote blank, null or none of the candidates.

Lula maintained the percentage presented in the last survey, carried out in the last week of July, which still had the names of André Janones (Avante) and Luciano Bivar (União Brasil). Bolsonaro advanced 3 points compared to the last survey.

The scenario involves ten applications. Ciro Gomes (PDT) appears in third place, with 6%, followed by Simone Tebet (MDB), with 3%.​

In the simulation carried out for the second round, Lula would win with 51% of the votes, against 38% for the current president.

Vera Lúcia (PSTU), Felipe D'Ávila (Novo), Eymael (Christian Democracy), Sofia Manzano (PCB), Soraya Thronicke (União Brasil) and Leonardo Péricles (Unidade Popular) did not score in the Quaest survey.
