Datafolha: Lula has 49% in the 2nd round, and Bolsonaro, 45%

The Datafolha survey on the presidential dispute released this Wednesday (19) shows former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) with 49% voting intentions. The current president and candidate for re-election Jair Bolsonaro (PL) appears with 45%.

Considering valid votes, Lula has 52% and Bolsonaro 48%.

Datafolha, hired by Folha de S.Paulo and TV Globo, interviewed 2.912 people, in 181 Brazilian cities, between October 17th and 19th. The survey was registered in the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) under protocol BR-07340/2022 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points.
