Racionais fan and purple Corinthian fan: meet Silvio Almeida, the new Minister of Human Rights

On the afternoon of this Thursday (22), the elected president, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), announced another part of the team of ministers that will take over in 2023.
