Ipec points to Lula with 51% in the 2nd round; Bolsonaro has 42%

The Ipec survey on the presidential dispute released this Monday (10) shows former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) with 51% of voting intentions in the second round. The current president and candidate for re-election Jair Bolsonaro (PL) appears with 42%.

Considering the valid votes, Ipec pointed out 55% for Lula and 45% for Bolsonaro.

In the latest Ipec survey, released on Wednesday (5), Lula also had 51% of voting intentions; Bolsonaro fluctuated 1 percentage point downwards.

Registered with the TSE with the identification number BR-02853/2022, the survey interviewed 2.000 voters across the country between the 8rd and 10th of October. The estimated margin of error is plus or minus two percentage points.
