Brazilian fashion at New York Fashion Week

New York Fashion Week is an event that mixes trends and designs, from the most chic and luxurious style to modern and comfortable streetwear. And there could be no lack of innovation, the flagship of Brazilians in fashion. In fact, there was no lack of Brazilianness at international fashion week either!

New York Fashion Week (NYFW), which ended on Wednesday (16), brought the Spring/Summer 2023 collections from the most desired brands in the world to the catwalks. The event, which took place in New York, United States, moved the fashion scene, with the presence of artists, models, stylists and influencers from all over the world.

Among the chic brands Fendi, Prada and Carolina Herrera, Brazilian brands also had space to showcase the best in our fashion industry. O Curto News highlights some of the national brands that caught the attention of NYFW.

PatBo

Created by Brazilian Patrícia Bonaldi, the brand already has experience on the highly contested NYFW catwalk: this was the Brazilian's fourth participation in the event. For the collection, she bet on the movement of fringes, delicate stones and handmade embroidery. In addition, he played with different proportions and applications and the mix of textures characteristic of the 60s and 70s. The fashion show took place on September 10th and was in collaboration with another Brazilian brand, Arezzo.
