PoderData survey shows Lula with 52% and Bolsonaro with 48% of valid votes

The first PoderData survey carried out for the second round of elections shows the smallest difference between the candidates, considering only valid votes.

The PoderData survey, carried out from October 3 to 5, shows candidate Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) with 52% of voting intentions against 48% for Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in the 2nd round of the elections. The score refers to valid votes, excluding blank and null votes. It is the smallest difference detected by the research, carried out by the website Poder360, in the direct confrontation between the two candidates.

When considering the total number of votes, Lula has 48% against Bolsonaro's 44%. 6% say they intend to vote blank or cancel their vote and 2% say they don't know.

The research is registered under the number BR-08253/2022 at the Superior Electoral Court (TSE)
