Rayssa Leal wins Recife street skate stage; Gabi Mazetto wins national title

Rayssa Leal, our skateboarding "fairy", won STU Recife, the last stage of the national circuit, and was in second place in the ranking. The national title went to Gabi Mazetto. The two celebrated their victories together!

In the women's street final, which took place this Sunday (18) in Recife, Rayssa finished with 18,67 points, against 13,02 for Carla Karolina and 12,61 of Mariana Gabriela.

To the newspaper Estado de S.Paulo, the “fairy” said she was very happy with the new achievement:

“I think I had one of my best finals, I landed several tricks and the crowd helped a lot. It was so worth it, another podium alongside this beautiful crowd in the Northeast. Next month there will be more championships”, he declared.

Rayssa performed the maneuvers with ease and completed the Recife stage before her opponents even completed their laps.

Gabi Mazzeto, who was already leading the ranking, won the Brazilian title in skate street. "I wanna cry. I came training for this, I’m able to skate and enjoy my family,” she said. (GE)
