The first video recorded this Saturday (29) shows federal deputy Carla Zambelli with a gun in hand entering a bar behind a black man. The deputy asks him to “lay down on the floor”.

Journalist Vinicius Costa, who witnessed the scene, reported to FSP who heard a shot before seeing Zambelli approaching, but does not know if it was fired by her.

“We were on the corner of Joaquim Eugênio and Lorena, we heard shouting and the guy who appears in the video came running and we heard a gunshot. He ran away and then she came threatening the guy. He came very panting and asking people for help. He entered the bar and they followed,” says the journalist.

In another video, which is also circulating online, Zambelli slips and falls to his knees, then starts running after the black man – in a colorful shirt –, accompanied by another man who is carrying a gun.

Zambelli's version

On her official Instagram account, the deputy states that she was attacked by a group of people in the Avenida Paulista region after leaving a restaurant. “They pushed me to the ground, a black man. They used a black man to come at me, there were several of them”, says Zambelli, who was the third most voted federal deputy in São Paulo in these elections.

After the videos circulated, in an interview with journalists, Carla Zambelli stated that she ignored the TSE's determination on carrying weapons 24 hours before the elections. Look:
