According to the study “Trends in Organizational Communication: Artificial Intelligence and featured applications”, 72% of organizations believe that the area of ​​communication will have its strategic role expanded in the coming years.

With the participation of 135 companies from different segments of the economy, the research highlights the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence in the sector. In addition to aspects involving technology, other topics were also addressed.
