Paco Rabanne, a designer ahead of his time

Spanish fashion designer Paco Rabanne died this Friday morning (03), aged 88. According to the French newspaper "Le Monde", he died in Portsall, France. Remember the designer's trajectory.

His birth name was Francisco Rabaneda Cuervo, he was born in northern Spain on February 18, 1934.

Everyone knows him as Paco Rabanne. He was Spanish, but was based in France.

In the 1960s, Paco was successful with modern clothes. In fact, he became famous for being a futuristic designer.

Paco has worked with brands: Nina Ricci, Balenciaga, Givenchy and Pierre Cardin.

In 1966, he presented his first collection in Paris.

In 1989, at the second Nuit du Chocolat, Paco was the first designer to present a chocolate dress.

Nowadays the brand is no longer so popular in the fashion world, but it is a favorite in perfumes, watches and glasses.
