Microsoft incorporates artificial intelligence platform for company chatbots

A Microsoft launched this Monday (6) a new tool with the help of artificial intelligence that promeoptimize and help companies with their chatbots. With Dynamics 365 Copilot companies will be able to have their own 'ChatGPTs' and get complete customer inquiry reports.

Called Power Virtual Agent, the tool that already made it possible to create chatbots for companies, now has the help of 'Dynamics 465 Copilot'. With this, people will be able to develop applications with little or no coding, all with the help of AI.

No official statement of the company, the main argument behind the launch is the agility in generating information for companies:

“Customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are mission-critical sources of customer and business data; however, they often require onerous tasks such as manual data entry, content generation, and note-taking. Dynamics 365 Copilot Leverages recent advances in generative AI to automate these tedious tasks and unlock the full creativity of the workforce.”

The company also added new generative AI capabilities to the AI ​​Builder platform. Now the Microsoft now allows companies to automate workflows with the use of artificial intelligence.

What does this mean in practice? That employees won't need to waste hours analyzing minute data.
