Former president Lula maintained the same score as in the last Datafolha survey: 45% of voting intentions. President Bolsonaro, on the other hand, fluctuated two points upwards, within the margin of error.

Nominally, this is the smallest distance between presidential candidates since May 2021, reports the institute, which carried out the survey between Thursday (8) and this Friday (9), after the events called by Jair Bolsonaro for Independence Day.
In previous research, held last week, Lula had the same 45% and Bolsonaro, 32%.
Other candidates
Ciro Gomes (PDT) fluctuated negatively from 9% to 7%, and Simone Tebet (MDB) remained stable at 5%. So both are now technically tied.
