Circulation of respiratory viruses is on the rise, shows ITpS survey

The positivity of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) draws attention: for every 100 tests carried out, 23 tested positive. The percentage has been above 20% in the last five weeks. The most affected age group is of children aged 0 to 4 years.

Another highlight are the Influenzas A and B, with positivity at 8%. In 2022, Influenza B has always been below 1%. A The most affected age group is 5 to 9 years old.

The virus COVID-2, which causes the disease, is on a downward trend and reached a positivity rate of 9% in the week analyzed.
